Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know about WPNivio, our plugins and the licence system.
General
WPNivio is a Dutch WordPress plugin developer that builds focused plugins for VodafoneZiggo resellers, marketing agencies and WordPress professionals. All plugins use an annual per-domain licence system with a customer portal for statistics and management.
The Ziggo Coverage Checker is exclusively for official VodafoneZiggo resellers and partners in the Netherlands. The Brevo Form Styler and Autotask Support Form are available internationally for anyone using WordPress.
After purchasing via Stripe you receive a unique licence key. You enter this in the plugin settings in WordPress. The plugin verifies the licence daily. Functionality stops automatically when the licence expires. You receive reminders at 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry.
Yes. WPNivio offers multiple tiers per plugin. The Ziggo and Brevo plugins offer Single (1 site), Studio (5 sites) and Agency (25 sites). The Autotask Support Form offers Start and Pro (both 1 site). With Studio and Agency you manage all domains from one portal.
Ziggo Coverage Checker
Yes. The plugin connects to the VodafoneZiggo coverage API — for this you need an official partner API key that you get via VodafoneZiggo. Without an API key the plugin runs in demo mode, useful for testing.
Use the shortcode [wpnivio_ziggo_check] on any page or widget area. Optional parameters: title="...", subtitle="...", button_text="...", redirect_url="https://..."
Every successful deal (clicking a product after a positive check) automatically sends an event to your WPNivio portal. Monthly amount and duration are recorded, contract value is calculated automatically.
Brevo Form Styler
When you create forms directly in the Brevo app, you cannot add custom CSS or fully match your website's branding. This plugin adds a visual style editor in WordPress admin so your Brevo forms look exactly like your website — no CSS knowledge needed.
Yes. Brevo Form Styler works with an existing Brevo account and the Brevo WordPress plugin. It styles your existing Brevo forms — it does not replace Brevo itself.
All standard Brevo form types are supported: subscription forms, contact forms and pop-ups. The plugin applies your style settings to all forms globally, or per form.
Autotask Support Form
A WordPress plugin that adds a professional support ticket form to your site and connects directly with Autotask PSA via the REST API. Contacts are automatically matched by email domain or phone number. Tickets land in the right queue without manual action.
Yes. You need an Autotask PSA account with API access. In the plugin settings you enter your API username, secret key and integration code. The plugin connects to your specific Autotask zone (e.g. webservices4).
The Start tier offers a fixed form with standard fields (name, company, email, phone, subject, description), max 3 forms, and queue routing. The Pro tier (coming soon) adds a full field editor, unlimited forms, all form types and priority support.
Use the shortcode [wpnivio_atf_form] on any page. You can optionally pass a specific queue ID: [wpnivio_atf_form queue_id="12345"]. The form automatically finds the customer's Autotask contact by email domain or phone number.
When no matching contact is found by email domain or phone number, the ticket is created under a configurable default company ID. You set this in the plugin settings under "Unknown company ID".
Technical & Privacy
Yes. WPNivio is based in the Netherlands. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Postcode checks are not stored without explicit consent. Servers are located exclusively within the EU.
WordPress 6.0 or higher. PHP 7.4 or higher (PHP 8.0+ recommended). MySQL 5.7 or higher. HTTPS is required (Stripe only works on secure connections).
There is a built-in grace period of 72 hours. If the licence server is temporarily unreachable, the plugin continues to function normally for up to 72 hours after the last successful verification. After that, functionality is blocked.
WPNivio plugins support WordPress automatic updates. When a new version is available, you will see the standard WordPress update notification in your admin. Updates are free during your active licence period.
